By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Nature of the service
We publish research opinions on market setups. Nothing on this platform is personalised investment advice, and no content takes your individual financial circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance into account. All trading decisions are yours alone.
3. No guarantee of results
We make no representation or warranty that any call will be profitable. Recorded outcomes describe what happened to published calls; they are not a prediction of future results and do not account for slippage, brokerage, taxes or differences in execution.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in the markets covered. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
5. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential. Membership is for a single individual: sharing, reselling, redistributing or republishing our calls — including forwarding them to non-members — is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Plan prices, durations and inclusions are as displayed at the time of purchase. Access begins on successful payment and ends on the expiry date shown in your dashboard.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control may interrupt access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in Admin → Settings → Legal, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
