This is a starting template. Set a refund policy that matches your commercial and regulatory position, and have it reviewed before you go live.
1. Digital delivery
Subscriptions provide immediate access to research content. Because that content is delivered as soon as payment succeeds, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Where we do refund
We will refund in full where:
- a duplicate payment was taken for the same subscription period;
- payment succeeded but access was never activated and we could not resolve it;
- a technical fault on our side prevented access for a material part of the billing period.
3. Where we do not refund
Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with the outcome of published calls, for trading losses, for a change of mind after access has been used, or where an account has been terminated for breach of the terms.
4. Requesting a refund
Raise a ticket from your dashboard or write to the support address on the contact page, quoting your invoice number. We aim to respond within the advertised support response time.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank settlement timelines are set by the payment gateway and are typically five to ten working days.
